Our client, a leading boutique law firm recognised with multiple industry awards and experiencing rapid growth, is seeking two talented Commercial TMT Solicitors to join their top-tier Commercial and Technology practice. This exciting opportunity comes as a result of a significant increase in client work, particularly across the tech and IT sectors. You’ll be supporting a dynamic portfolio of over 150 technology-driven businesses, offering expert legal guidance on a wide range of commercial and technology matters.
What You’ll Be Advising On:
- Managed Services Agreements
- Master Services Agreements
- Professional Services Agreements
- Service Level Agreements
- Intellectual Property Assignments
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Licence & Maintenance Agreements
- Letters of Agreement
- End User Licence Agreements (EULAs)
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–10 years’ PQE with a solid grounding in commercial contract law (preferably private practice)
- Experience in or a strong interest in the technology sector
- Exceptional client-facing skills
- Confidence to attend and contribute to business development and networking events
- A collaborative, growth-minded approach
