A leading and growing commercial property team is looking for an ambitious 4+ PQE Commercial Property Associateto join its practice.
This is a great opportunity to work on high-value, complex commercial property matters, with significant client exposure and close Partner involvement.
You’ll work across
- Commercial acquisitions & disposals
- Landlord & tenant
- Property finance
- Corporate support transactions
- Asset management
- 4+ PQE Commercial Property experience
- Strong technical ability across core commercial property work
- Experience from a respected City, West End or leading regional firm
- Confidence managing your own caseload and client relationships
- A commercial, proactive approach and interest in business development
Experience acting for HNWIs, investors, developers, luxury retail or corporate clients would be advantageous.
