Residential Conveyancing Senior Associate Salary - Circa £85,000 DOE London My Client seeking an experienced Senior Associate to join their Residential Conveyancing team in London. This is a senior fee-earning role focused on delivering high-quality, client-focused residential property advice across a broad range of transactions, from straightforward sales and purchases through to complex, high-value and technically challenging matters. The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a commercially minded, pragmatic approach, and will play a key role in managing client relationships, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the growth and reputation of the practice. About the Team Their Residential Conveyancing team forms part of the wider Private Client and Residential Property division, advising a diverse client base including HNW and UWNW individuals, families, trustees, and property investors. The team handles a wide spectrum of residential property work, including: Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property Remortgages and refinancing Lease extensions and enfranchisement Complex title issues, covenants and property structuring matters High-value and time-sensitive transactions requiring specialist input Their clients range from first-time buyers to high-net-worth individuals and long-established property owners. The team is known for its practical, solution-focused advice and ability to navigate complex transactions efficiently while maintaining exceptional client service. Collaboration is central to the team’s approach, working closely with colleagues across Private Client, Tax, and Dispute Resolution, as well as external stakeholders such as estate agents, lenders, and surveyors to ensure a seamless end-to-end client experience.
