An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Private Wealth lawyer to join a highly regarded and forward-thinking law firm, known for its collaborative culture and high-quality client work.
This is a fantastic role for either an established Legal Director, Partner, or an ambitious Senior Associate looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive environment.
The Opportunity:
You will join a well-respected Private Wealth team advising a high-quality client base on a broad range of matters, including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Trusts and trust administration
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Tax planning for private clients and trustees
You will handle a varied caseload while working closely with colleagues across departments to deliver a seamless, full-service offering to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse and high-quality private client caseload
- Deliver clear, practical advice to clients while maintaining excellent service standards
- Keep clients informed on progress, costs, and outcomes
- Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
- Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Ideally 8+ years PQE (flexible for strong candidates)
- Strong experience in private client work (wills, trusts, probate, tax planning)
- Team leadership experience is advantageous but not essential
- Commercially aware with excellent communication skills
