Join one of the fastest-growing underwriting teams in the UK, where innovation meets impact. We\’re looking for a Senior Portfolio Pricing Analyst to bring their analytical expertise and creative thinking to the personal lines portfolio – with opportunities across Motor, Home, and Pet insurance.

Whether you\’re early in your pricing career or ready for a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you.

As a key member of the Portfolio Pricing team, you will:

• Monitor portfolio performance and deliver innovative pricing strategies
• Blend predictive analytics with commercial insight to identify trends and pricing actions
• Support profitability by meeting loss ratio targets and optimising product volume

You’ll also contribute to the broader pricing strategy by developing and enhancing the risk models and working closely with underwriting and technical modelling teams.

✔️ Personal Lines Pricing experience (Motor, Home or Pet)

✔️ Strong skills in predictive modelling – e.g., GLMs, GBMs, GAMs, Random Forests

✔️ Proficiency in R, Python, PySpark, SAS or SQL

✔️ Experience with Radar and/or Emblem

✔️ A numerate degree (e.g., Maths, Stats, Actuarial, Engineering)

✔️ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
