We are looking to hire several Retail Pricing Analysts (c. 1–2 years’ GI pricing experience) to support trading decisions and pricing model development. This is a great opportunity to build strong technical foundations while gaining exposure to end-to-end pricing delivery and stakeholder engagement.
What you’ll do:
- Support the price change cycle: analysis, insight, recommendations and performance monitoring
- Help build and maintain pricing models (or contribute to refreshes) using GLMs and/or GBMs
- Work with datasets for modelling/MI and ensure accuracy and auditability
- Support implementation and testing in WTW Radar (rate changes, scoring, monitoring)
- Translate analysis into clear actions for wider stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 1+ years’ experience in General Insurance Pricing (Personal Lines)
- Exposure to GLM/GBM model builds (building or supporting)
- Radar or Emblem experience
- A confident communicator
- Strong analytical mindset; proactive and keen to learn
