Are you commercially-minded and thrive on building strong client relationships and driving performance? This leading insurtech and vehicle replacement solutions provider is going through a period of rapid growth. You will lead the day-to-day delivery of dedicated hire contracts. You will be the primary operational contact for dedicated client accounts, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, while using data and insight to drive continuous improvement across the operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as primary operational contact for key client accounts, leading performance review meetings
- Monitoring operational KPIs and using data to drive productivity, quality and efficiency
- Identifying operational risks and implementing effective mitigation plans
- Analysing performance data and presenting reports/dashboards to clients and senior leadership
- Leading, coaching and developing the dedicated hire team
- Designing and delivering customer experience training across the business
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years' operational or account management experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience within vehicle rental, fleet management, mobility or a related industry
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Highly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills
- A full UK driving licence
- A Project Management or Lean Six Sigma qualification would be a bonus, as would experience implementing digital customer service tools such as chatbots or self-service platforms.
