The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Non-Contentious Construction Associate or Senior Associate (4–8 PQE) to join a growing London team. This role offers exposure to complex, high-value projects across a variety of sectors, providing work comparable to top City firms while maintaining a supportive and collegiate culture. You will play a key role in advising clients across the full lifecycle of construction and infrastructure projects, with the opportunity to take ownership of matters and contribute to business development initiatives.
You will advise on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters including:
- Drafting and negotiating standard form and bespoke construction contracts (including JCT and NEC)
- Advising on development agreements, building contracts, and professional appointments
- Supporting real estate, finance, and corporate transactions with construction input
- Risk management and procurement strategy across large-scale projects
- Advising on project structuring and delivery models across sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, and energy
The team works with a wide range of clients including developers, contractors, consultants, lenders, and public sector bodies. You will collaborate on major transactions while also managing your own matters with a high degree of autonomy.
