What you’ll do
- Engineer and operate Python-based rating services used in quoting.
- Create frameworks, CI/CD hooks and guardrails that standardise promotion to prod.
- Build tools for pricing, analytics and platform teams to increase velocity and control.
What you’ll bring
- Strong Python + Git and software engineering experience applied to data/ML products.
- Experience of releasing production systems in commercial environments; excellent communication across teams.
- Continuous‑improvement mindset; personal‑lines/regulated experience is a plus.
