Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a global insurer’s Pricing & Analytics team to build and maintain the Machine Learning tooling layer, packages, frameworks and mechanics that standardise how models are developed, validated, deployed and monitored.

Your work will directly increase delivery speed and measurable value from the analytical lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop Python libraries for modelling workflows, experiment tracking, and deployment.
• Define/value metrics to assess new models and monitor existing ML services.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and platform engineers to ship reliable ML.

Qualifications

• Deep Python + Git with software-engineering discipline applied to ML/analytics.
• Proven delivery in fast-paced business environments; strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset; experience in regulated industries is a bonus.
• Up to £72,000 d.o.e. + performance bonus
