A leading London practice is seeking a UK-qualified solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial and Agricultural Property team at the Associate & Senior Associate level. The role focuses on advising landed estate clients on a range of commercial and agricultural property matters, with particular emphasis on development land transactions, including sales for development, option agreements, promotion agreements and conditional contracts.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in commercial and/or agricultural property, be technically confident, and enjoy working closely with high-value estate clients on complex, strategic matters.
