What you'll be doing:
- Writing, reviewing and maintaining high-quality legal analysis and practical guidance
- Developing new content across commercial law topics, precedents, legislation and legal developments
- Collaborating with expert barristers, knowledge lawyers, editors and external specialists
- Monitoring legal and market developments and translating them into valuable insights for subscribers
- Contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative legal intelligence product
What we're looking for:
- ✔ Qualified lawyer with 7+ years' PQE
- ✔ Strong experience in either: Commercial litigation and/or international arbitration (private practice or chambers), or Non-contentious commercial transactions within a top-tier law firm
- ✔ Exceptional legal drafting and analytical skills
- ✔ A genuine interest in legal knowledge, thought leadership and communicating complex legal issues clearly
- ✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a high-performing team
