Product Governance Manager Day Rate Contract - Urgent Inside IR35 | Hybrid (London) Our client, a general insurance business, is looking for an experienced Product Governance Manager to join on a 6-month day rate contract, inside IR35. This is a hands-on governance role covering the full product lifecycle, from new product assessments through to ongoing monitoring, Fair Value Assessments and distribution oversight. Leading annual product reviews, new product assessments and ongoing monitoring Analysing product, customer and distributor MI to spot trends, risks and improvement opportunities Coordinating input from Commercial, Compliance, Risk and Operations Presenting findings and recommendations to governance forums and senior stakeholders ✅ 3-5+ years' experience in Product Governance, Product Oversight, Consumer Duty or Conduct Risk ✔️ Confidence presenting to governance forums and senior stakeholders ✔️ Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence and challenge effectively Experience with co-manufactured products and distribution oversight arrangements is a bonus, though not essential. Contract details: 6 months, inside IR35, day rate. Hybrid working, ideally 1 day a week in the London office for collaboration, 4 days remote.
