Gerrard White Consulting is seeking a Programme Lead for DB Endgame and Pension Scheme Transitions in London. You will oversee a growing portfolio of defined benefit pension scheme transitions, coordinating governance, reporting and delivery across multiple client schemes within a hybrid working model.
You will work with Client Directors and operational teams to drive resource planning, data readiness and delivery assurance, while identifying risks and improving governance processes.
