FAMILY SOLICITOR 2 PQE | LONDON
Our client is hiring an experienced and ambitious Family Solicitor 2 PQE to join their Family Department in Greenwich.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident family law professional who can independently manage a varied caseload and deliver clear, practical and empathetic advice to clients.
The Role
You will handle a broad range of private family law matters, including:
- Divorce and financial remedy proceedings.
- Private children matters and Child Arrangements Orders.
- Specific Issue and Prohibited Steps Orders.
- Cohabitation disputes and separation agreements.
- Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.
- Negotiations, mediation and settlement discussions.
- Court applications, hearing preparation and advocacy where appropriate.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales or suitably qualified CILEX Fellow.
- Current, unrestricted practising certificate.
- Strong experience managing your own family law caseload.
- Confident handling divorce, financial remedy, private children and domestic abuse matters.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and drafting skills.
- Commercially aware, organised and client-focused.
- A proactive approach to business development and building professional relationships.
