Remote-First Working
This is a remote-first Residential Property Solicitor role, offering genuine flexibility to work from home. The role will require occasional travel to the West Sussex office, but this will not be regular, allowing for a strong balance between autonomy and team engagement.
The Role
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage your own varied caseload from instruction through to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build and shared ownership matters
- Lease extensions and more complex conveyancing work
- Direct client, lender, agent and third-party communication
- Full file management and compliance responsibility
You will be trusted to run matters independently while contributing to a collaborative and supportive property team.
About You
We are looking for a Residential Property Solicitor who:
- Has a minimum of 2 years’ PQE (or equivalent experience)
- Can confidently manage a full residential conveyancing caseload
- Has strong client care and communication skills
- Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Is proactive, motivated and commercially aware
- Works well both independently and within a team
