Our client is an established, multi-disciplinary law firm based near Bromley, ranked in the Legal 500 and recognised at the Modern Law Awards.

The firm acts for a broad client base ranging from individuals and sole traders through to SMEs and larger corporates, across sectors including security, financial services, food manufacturing, leisure and transport.

Two opportunities have developed within their high-performing Corporate and Commercial department - one at newly qualified level and one at 4+ PQE - so candidates across a range of experience levels are encouraged to apply.

About the team you'll be joining The department advises owner-managed small and medium sized enterprises across the full business lifecycle - from start-up, through growth, to eventual disposal.

The team links up with other specialist departments across the firm where required, in an open and welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and co-operation.

There's a partner-led approach on all matters, with a flexible team structure designed to develop junior members of the team and allocate work at the right level.

The department is top-tier ranked for its region in the 2026 editions of Chambers and Partners and the Legal 500.

About you Newly qualified, or 4+ PQE for the more senior position Positive, professional, with a client-focused approach A genuine team player looking for a fresh challenge What you'll be doing You'll be responsible for providing a high-quality service to clients, advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters including commercial agreements, intellectual property, GDPR and supply agreements.

Your input will also be valued on larger transactions, where you'll work as part of a wider team, liaising with other departments such as commercial property and employment.

Day-to-day responsibilities include: Interviewing clients to take instructions Advising clients, discussing plans and progress, and keeping them fully informed about their matter Providing relevant documents Keeping client and matter files in good order, ensuring all information is recorded thoroughly and accurately Dealing with clients' queries and problems promptly and efficiently, either face-to-face or on the telephone Complying with quality standards set and with departmental procedures when handling all matters Supporting the growth of the department by being actively involved with business development How to apply Interested?
