Construction Solicitor (contentious) 2 to 3 PQE
Our client is looking for an experienced contentious Construction Associate (2–3 PQE) to join their highly regarded full-service construction law team in London. You’ll work with top-tier clients across the real estate, development, infrastructure, and engineering sectors, advising on high-value UK and international projects.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on significant responsibility, direct client contact, and a broad range of complex disputes.
What you’ll do:
- Advise on complex, high-value construction disputes (adjudication, arbitration, TCC litigation, mediation).
 - Handle matters such as final account, delay, defects, insolvency, and cladding/fire safety claims.
 - Work with a diverse client base including developers, contractors, consultants, and private clients.
 - Support on contract drafting and negotiation across a range of standard and bespoke forms.
 - Collaborate within a supportive, ambitious, and client-focused team.
 
What we’re looking for:
- England & Wales qualified solicitor, 2–3 years’ PQE.
 - Proven experience in contentious construction (especially adjudication and/or TCC).
 - Strong communicator with excellent client-handling and organisational skills.
 - Collaborative, pragmatic, and committed to delivering high-quality advice.
