Commercial Property Solicitor Legal Director/Senior Associate
Weβre seeking a Real Estate / Commercial Property Legal Director/Senior Solicitor to join our London-based real estate team.
This opportunity is within a well-respected City firm with strong international reach, delivering integrated global real estate services across development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, construction and property litigation.
Responsibilities
- Lead commercial real estate transaction work, advising key clients.
 - Advise on and manage investment acquisitions and disposals, including corporate share deals.
 - Manage asset management and portfolio management matters.
 - Draft and negotiate key documentation (SPAs, leases, licences, easements, transfers, lease agreements).
 - Undertake due diligence and reporting on title.
 - Support development projects (experience a bonus, but not required).
 - Advise on landlord and tenant matters.
