Our client is currently seeking a Real Estate / Commercial Property Solicitor/Associate to join their top tier real estate team based in London. This is a unique opportunity to work within one of the largest and most respected real estate practices globally.
Their London-based team plays a pivotal role in delivering the firm’s integrated global real estate services, and is a key part of a renowned practice spanning development, joint ventures, structured investments, acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant, real estate finance, construction, and property litigation.
The Role:
As a Commercial Property/ Real Estate Associate, you will play a key role in delivering commercial real estate transactional work, working closely with their experienced partners and you will have been working for another leading well ranked City firm. You’ll advise on and manage a diverse range of transactions, including:
- Investment acquisitions and disposals (including corporate share deals)
- Asset management and portfolio management matters
- Drafting and negotiating key documentation (SPAs, leases, licences, easements, transfers, agreements for lease, etc.)
- Undertaking due diligence and reporting on title
- Supporting development projects (experience here is a bonus, but not required)
- Advising on landlord and tenant matters
