The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for an NQ–2PQE Construction Associate to work alongside experienced lawyers on a varied caseload of high-quality, non-contentious construction matters.

You will have the opportunity to advise developers, investors, funders, contractors and other stakeholders on construction and development projects, while developing your technical expertise and commercial understanding in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a solicitor who:

- Is NQ–2PQE with experience in non-contentious construction
- Has a strong grounding in construction law and related contractual matters
- Is commercially minded and able to provide clear, practical advice
- Has excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills
- Is confident working as part of a collaborative team
- Is keen to develop their career within a leading Projects, Development & Construction practice
