Our client is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking two talented Commercial TMT Solicitors to join their Commercial and Technology practice based in London. This exciting opportunity comes as a result of a significant increase in client work, particularly across the tech and IT sectors.

- Managed Services Agreements
- Master Services Agreements
- Professional Services Agreements
- Service Level Agreements
- Intellectual Property Assignments
- Data Protection
- Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
- Licence & Maintenance Agreements
- Letters of Agreement
- End User Licence Agreements (EULAs)
What We’re Looking For:
- 1 to 3 years’ PQE with a good grounding in commercial contract law (preferably private practice)
- Experience in or a strong interest in the technology sector
- Exceptional client-facing skills
- Confidence to attend and contribute to business development and networking events
- A collaborative, growth-minded approach
