A leading London law firm is seeking a talented Commercial Real Estate Solicitor/Associate/Senior Associate to join its highly regarded and tier 1 ranked practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with strong real estate experience to step into a visible, client-facing role with high-profile UK clients and significant responsibility from day one.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with the partners who operate collaboratively and often across the same sectors and clients. The successful candidate will take a central role in managing day-to-day client relationships and leading on a variety of transactions. You will also work with other partners within the wider group.

Key Client Work Includes:

  • General Landlord and Tenant matters.
  • Working with major UK asset managers handling funds in the multi-billion-pound range, involving:
  • Full spectrum of asset management
  • Sales and acquisitions
  • Financing matters
  • Complex agreements for lease
  • Work across retail, restaurant, industrial, and office sectors
  • Also central London estates and livery companies, involving:
    • Detailed asset management
    • Historic and mixed-use estate matters
    • Quirky headleases, rights of light, property rights
    • Turnover leases and unique portfolio considerations

    Who We’re Looking For:

    • A Commercial Real Estate lawyer with 2–4 years’ PQE & 5–6 PQE
    • Strong asset management and transactional experience
    • Confidence managing clients and leading on matters
    • Desire to engage in business development and sector-focused work
    • A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
