Employment Solicitor (NQ+)
Our client is an established, multi-disciplinary law firm based near Bromley, ranked in the Legal 500 and recognised at the Modern Law Awards. The firm acts for a broad client base ranging from individuals and sole traders to SMEs and larger corporates across sectors including security, financial services, food manufacturing, leisure and transport.
Our client currently has two opportunities available within the team, one at Senior Associate level and one for a more junior individual, so candidates at all levels are encouraged to apply.
About the Team
You'll be joining a successful Employment Department that advises both employers and employees on a broad range of matters, including employment tribunals, litigation, mediation, policies and procedures, TUPE and Settlement Agreements.
The team works closely with other specialist departments across the firm in an open, collaborative environment. The department operates a partner-led approach with a flexible team structure, designed to develop junior team members and allocate work at the right level.

What You'll Be Doing
- Interviewing clients to take instructions
- Advising clients and discussing plans and progress, keeping them fully informed about their matter
- Preparing and providing relevant documents
- Keeping client and matter files in good order, ensuring information is recorded thoroughly and accurately
- Dealing with client queries and problems promptly and efficiently, face-to-face and by telephone
- Complying with quality standards and departmental procedures when handling all matters
- Supporting the growth of the department through active involvement in business development
