The Role
As a Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, whilst offering supervision and management of junior members of the team. Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Managing a full residential property caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Handling re-mortgages, transfers of equity and new build transactions
- Providing high-quality advice to clients and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team where appropriate
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm-wide procedures
- Contributing to the continued development, strategy and success of the residential property department
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will be a qualified Senior Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing (at least 5 years PQE)
- The ability to run files independently with confidence
- A strong client-focused approach
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience of working at a senior level to include mentoring, supervision and ideally management of junior members of staff
