The Opportunity
Joining a fast‑growing and innovative legal business, you'll play a key role in developing premium legal content and practical guidance used by leading law firms and in‑house legal teams. Working alongside experienced knowledge lawyers, barristers and legal editors, you'll help shape the future of a cutting‑edge legal intelligence platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Researching, writing, reviewing and maintaining high‑quality Banking & Finance content
- Developing new resources, practical guidance, precedents, commentary and legal updates
- Monitoring legal and market developments to identify issues relevant to subscribers
- Collaborating with subject matter experts, barristers, knowledge lawyers and editorial teams
- Responding to customer queries and helping shape future content priorities
- Contributing to the ongoing development of an innovative legal technology product
About You
- Qualified lawyer with 7+ years' PQE
- Strong Banking & Finance experience gained in private practice or at the Bar
- Recent transactional experience highly desirable
- Experience in real estate finance, leveraged finance, or broader financing transactions would be particularly valuable
- Exceptional legal drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Passion for translating complex legal developments into clear, practical guidance
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a high‑performing team
