Void Supervisor in Tamworth

Void Supervisor – German Villarreal, Financial Advisor

Employment type: Full-time on an ongoing contract basis (initial 6 months).

Location: Tamworth, Staffordshire.

Compensation: £200-£250 per day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations, security, and compliance with safeguarding requirements.
• Manage multi-skilled caretakers or trade operatives and subcontractors.
• Deliver reactive and planned maintenance services, including statutory checks (e.g., Legionnaires, door condition, lighting). Ensure that all activities comply with health and safety (H&S) legislation and procedures.
• Maintain site records (PPMs, work orders, logbooks, induction records).
• Communicate regularly with clients to support delivery or project progress.
• Issue progress reports, track KPIs, and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering successful contracts on-site and managing contractors.
• SMTSS Qualification or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety.
