Sellick Partnership Ltd are supporting a local authority with the recruitment of a Head of Asset Management to lead the Property and Housing Asset Management Teams to deliver Capital Investment Improvements to the City's diverse Property portfolio and to the homes of our Tenant's and Residents.
The Role
- Lead the delivery of carbon-reduction projects across Council properties, including funding bids, programme management and strategic development.
- Coordinate the Housing Repairs & Assets Team's work with other service areas to ensure effective repairs and consistent asset management across the property portfolio.
- Oversee strategy, investment and compliance measures to eliminate damp, mould and condensation in all Council homes, ensuring timely and regulatory-compliant responses.
- Lead investment bids and advocacy to secure funding for improvements to HRA Council housing.
- Develop and manage governance arrangements for HRA Housing and Corporate Capital and Regeneration programmes, using stock condition data to shape capital plans and maintain decency standards.

- Proven ability to lead large-scale projects, meet deadlines, and deliver measurable improvements.
