Overview
Ongoing Temporary, 30 hours per week over 5 days. Location: Widnes.
Duties
- Managing 37 properties in a brand new scheme, including voids and tenanted properties (primarily decanted tenants from other schemes).
- Strong understanding of Housing management and elderly/retirement living.
- Dealing with snagging in a new scheme.
- Undertaking H&S checks including fire, legionella, etc.
- Instructing a cleaner and identifying issues with performance.
- Reporting into the operations manager.
- Tackling finances with tenants, including payment plans.
- Undertaking meetings on Teams and handling the full range of IT tasks.
The Successful Scheme Manager Candidate Will Have
- Strong experience in a similar role and the ability to fully utilise IT systems.
- Housing Management background.
- Enhanced DBS check.
