Rate of Pay: £18-20 per hour + Company van and fuel card

Duties

• Working on void properties on social housing schemes
• Carrying out repairs and maintenance work
• Fitting insulation
• Cutting and fitting roofing felt
• Covering roofs with slates, tiles, sheets or cladding

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess

• Qualification in Roofing – NVQ or City and Guilds or equivalent experience
• Have experience working on social housing schemes (desirable)
• Hold a full UK drivers license
• Willing to take a DBS check
