The role of the Plumber will involve carrying out a range of plumbing works on both commercial and domestic properties
Responsibilities Of The Plumber Include
- Changing expansion vessels within student accommodation in line with new legislation
- Receiving work orders and completing them to the required timescales
- Liaising with tenants and staff in relation to the completion of tasks
- Ensure that work is completed to an agreed timescale
- Constantly ensuring that health and safety are adhered to
