Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Officer to join one of our Surrey based clients on a full time permanent basis.
Location: East Horsley, Surrey
Salary: £35,249 + £3,715 car allowance
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Status: Permanent
Daily Duties Of The Neighbourhood Officer:
- Ensuring residents understand and comply with tenancy and lease conditions
- Managing cases involving hoarding, property neglect, unauthorised alterations, access issues, tenancy fraud, non-occupancy and overcrowding
- Leading on resident engagement activities and supporting meaningful involvement
- Handling complaints effectively and ensuring issues are resolved promptly
- Building strong relationships with local authorities, statutory agencies and partner organisations
- Supporting initiatives to reduce ASB and carrying out tenancy reviews and settling-in visits
Essential Requirements Of The Neighbourhood Officer:
- Experience managing neighbourhoods, tenancies or communities in the public sector
- Previous social housing experience
- Full UK Driver's License
