Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for delivering high-quality property and operational services? We are seeking a Housing Services and Operations Manager to lead and manage a dedicated team within Chesterfield. This pivotal role involves overseeing property management, staffing, budgeting, and service development, ensuring compliance with OFSTED regulations and our Asset-Based Approach. You\\\’ll be responsible for driving performance, maintaining safety standards, and enhancing service delivery through continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the workforce to deliver service excellence.
- Manage budgets, monitor income/expenditure, and ensure financial viability.
- Act as the site responsible person for health & safety and risk management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and service contracts.
- Promote co-production with young people to shape service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and agencies.
- Oversee documentation and GDPR compliance.
- Drive performance against KPIs and service improvement plans.
What We\\\’re Looking For
- Level 4 qualification in Housing Management (or equivalent) and willingness to work towards Level 5.
- Proven experience in team leadership and service coordination.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, housing legislation, and health & safety.
