Position Details:

• Type: Temporary ongoing contract
• Location: Swansea – Hybrid position
• Hours: Full-time – 37 hours per week
• Rate of pay: £14-£19 per hour depending on experience

Sellick Partnership is assisting a housing contractor with the recruitment of a Housing Disrepair Claims Handler to support their housing services team with housing disrepair claims.

Main duties and responsibilities:

1. Preparing case files
2. Defending housing disrepair claims
3. Preparing disclosure (sourcing and assembling documentation)
4. Assisting with determining liability
5. Assisting with preparations for litigated cases

Criteria for the role:

• Previous experience within the Housing Disrepair sector
• Competent with systems and strong administration skills
