Overview
Full Time, 37 Hours per week. Contracted Position for a duration of 8 months. Location: South Derbyshire.
Sellick Partnership Ltd are partnering with a well-established housing association to recruit a Damp and Mould Operative to join their repairs and maintenance team on a contracted basis.
Salary
£17.00 – £20.00 per hour
Daily duties
- Identify damp and mould and understand how it is treated
- Remove any defective decoration damaged by damp and mould
- Wash, clean and treat areas affected by damp and mould
- Take before and after photos of work carried out
- Use the provided PPE
- Undertake small elements of decorating
Essential experience
- Possess a full UK driver\’s license
- Be willing to undertake any necessary training
