Overview
Sellick Partnership Ltd are assisting a well-established housing association with the recruitment of a Clearance Operative to work within their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Location: Burton Upon Trent
Hourly rate: Β£13.00 β Β£16.00 per hour (depending on payment type) + a company van
Schedule: Monday β Friday, 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Clearing out empty properties
- Filling up skips with waste and materials
- Assisting trades with moving furniture
- Cleaning the rooms once they are empty
Qualifications
- Full UK Driver\βs license
- Experience with labouring and cleaning duties
- Willing to carry out a basic DBS check β we will support with this
- Asbestos awareness certification β preferred but not essential
