Der/Die Schulsozialarbeiter_in arbeitet in einer internationalen Schule mit Schüler_innen von der Grundschule bis zur Sekundarstufe (Alter 6 bis 19 Jahre). Sie arbeiten als Teil eines Fachteams und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Lehrkräften. Die Aufgabe ist vielfältig und umfasst:
- Beratung unserer SchĂĽler_innen und deren Eltern
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beratungsteam bei der Beurteilung, Entwicklung und Durchführung präventiver Maßnahmen im Klassensetting und pädagogischer Angebote im Ganztagesprogramm der Schule
- Aktive Präsenz und Aufsicht auf dem Schulgelände als Ansprechperson für die Schüler_innen
- Supervision im Ganztagsbereich
- Beratung, Anleitung und Unterstützung für Schüler_innen, Eltern und Lehrkräfte
- Arbeit mit Gruppen von SchĂĽler_innen zu Themen der sozialen Kompetenz und der emotionalen Entwicklung
- Beaufsichtigung, Entwicklung und Durchführung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- DurchfĂĽhrung von AGs (nach eigener Qualifikation/Interesse)
- Mitwirkung am Lernplankonzept der Unterstufe am Vormittag und Nachmittag (JG 5+6)
- Aktive UnterstĂĽtzung beim Aufarbeiten von Konflikten
- Enge Zusammenarbeit in einem multidisziplinären Team (Kinder- und Jugendschutz, sonderpädagogischer Förderbedarf, Sozialpädagogik und Schulberatung) und im Ganztagsteam
- Regelmäßige Teilnahme an relevanten Schulungen zum Thema Kinder- und Jugendschutz
Anforderungsprofil:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium zum Sozialarbeiter_in/Sozialpädagog_in
- Praktische Erfahrung in der Beratung von Kindern und Jugendlichen im Schulalter
- Mindestens 1 Jahr Erfahrung in der Arbeit in einem schulischen Umfeld
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Team
- Anpassungsfähigkeit und Sensibilität in der Kommunikation mit Eltern und Lehrkräften
- Teamfähigkeit
- Engagement und Motivation
- Fähigkeit, selbständig zu arbeiten
- Bereitschaft zur beruflichen Weiterentwicklung
