Der/die Lernbegleiter_in bietet Kindern im Rahmen einer 1:1-Betreuung und in einem Klassenzimmer wirksame Unterstützung, um ihre Fähigkeiten zu fördern. Flexibilität ist erforderlich, da sich die Dienstpläne von Zeit zu Zeit ändern können. Die Rolle ist für die Grundschule und Sekundarschule, kann aber auch im Kinderhaus eingesetzt werden.
Aufgabenbereich
- Klassen- bzw. jahrgangsbezogene Kleingruppenförderung von Schülerinnen und Schülern (GS und SEK)
- Mitwirkung an der fachlichen Einschätzung der Nachteilsausgleiche
- Zusammenarbeit mit Lehrkräften und anderen Beteiligten im Arbeitsfeld
- Beratung und Unterstützung der Eltern zur LRF-Förderung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem SENCO-Team und den anderen Bereichen der Förderung
Anforderungsprofil
- Bachelor oder Master degree in relevantem Studiengang oder equivalente Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung mit Kindern im Alter von 6 - 15 Jahren
- Berücksichtigung und Umsetzung der Empfehlungen des individuellen Förderplans
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Sekundarschüler_innen und Grundschüler_innen
- Unterstützung von Hausaufgaben
- Individuelle Unterstützung eines Kindes oder einer Gruppe von Kindern mit bestimmten SEN-Bedürfnissen
- Bewertung und Dokumentation von besonderen Maßnahmen, Fortschritten und Prozessen
- Teilnahme an Elterngesprächen und Feedback nach Bedarf
- Effiziente Kommunikation mit dem Team, den Kollegen_innen und der DSL
- Kooperationsbereitschaft an allen Schulformen der DSL
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
- Bereitschaft zur persönlichen Weiterbildung
- Engagement und Einbringen eigener Ideen in den Arbeitsbereich
