German Doner Kebab, with over 90 restaurants worldwide, is a leading casual dining brand known for exceptional service, food, and guest experiences. We are looking for a Back of House Shift Leader to join our growing team.

You will work alongside the Restaurant Management team, ensuring food quality, guest care, and service standards are met. Your role involves leading your team, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a memorable guest experience.

Requirements:

• Manage store operations, schedule staff, and ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

• Welcome and onboard new team members
• Ensure team skills and knowledge are maintained at high standards
• Follow operational procedures that positively impact store performance

Key Skills & Knowledge:

• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels
• Experience in high-volume trading environments preferred
• Provide training and cross-training to enhance team productivity and growth
• Adhere to food handling and safety standards
• Clean equipment thoroughly and timely
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Understand the menu comprehensively
• Follow sanitation standards, including washing cookware and utensils

• Manage P&L, budgets, and payroll effectively
• Manage stock levels and controllable costs to ensure profitability
