As a Team Member, you will support your team to ensure high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. Your role is vital in maintaining our brand standards, working collaboratively, and ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.
Requirements:
- Prioritize guest satisfaction in all interactions.

- Assist guests with menu selections and upselling.
- Process orders using the POS system.
- Support in food preparation and packaging.
- Ensure food presentation is appealing.
- Promote additional menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.

- Answer phone inquiries professionally.
- Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
- Keep guest areas clean and sanitary.
- Ensure all orders are complete and ready for delivery.
