Your role will involve supporting and working as part of a team to deliver high-quality food, outstanding guest care, and excellent service. You will help us meet our brand standards, work within a great team, and ensure every guest leaves satisfied and eager to return.

What you need:

• Prioritize our guests in everything we do.
• Maintain a positive “can do” attitude.
• Assist guests in choosing meals and drinks, providing up-sell information.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Deliver orders to the kitchen and assist in food and beverage preparation and packing.
• Ensure food presentation is appealing.
• Promote additional food items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle sales transactions, provide receipts, and deliver food.
• Greet every guest warmly and genuinely.
• Answer phone inquiries professionally.
• Assemble and package orders according to brand standards.
• Keep guest areas clean, sanitary, and tidy.
• Ensure orders are complete and ready for guests.
• Adhere to brand standards and deliver excellent guest service.

• Ability to communicate clearly and listen attentively to guests and team members.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Show a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
• Provide cheerful, helpful, and excellent guest care.

• Understand the menu and allergens thoroughly.

• Complete daily paperwork accurately.
• Be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and front counter.
• Care about providing exceptional guest service and maintaining high standards.
