Salary: £40,500 – £44,500

Location: Swansea and Surrounding Region

As a Specialist Chemotherapy Nurse for our client, you\’ll receive the rewards and recognition you deserve – from a company car (or car allowance) to 33 days’ annual holiday. Let’s start with the role you’ll be carrying out first.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for NMC‑registered RGN nurses to support patients receiving oncology therapies. When you are with the patient in person, you will change dressings, administer IV oncology medications, and complete blood transfusions (or arrange for them to be performed by a qualified nurse). In essence, you will be the bridge between the patient and their hospital, providing professional care while putting the patient at the heart of your work.

  • Contributory pension scheme
  • Private healthcare cover
  • Death in service (x4 salary)
  • Annual holiday – 33 days inclusive of bank holidays

  • Ongoing training and development
  • Company mobile phone and tablet device
  • Comprehensive induction
