About the Role
As a Functional Assessor, you\’ll use your clinical expertise to conduct functional assessments that help people access the support they need. This role blends clinical knowledge with purpose‑driven impact, allowing career growth while making a meaningful difference to people’s lives. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high‑quality assessments for individuals applying for health‑related benefits. If you are based at one of our UK centres, you will work in a structured, supportive environment with clear pathways for development.
About You
We are looking for a registered healthcare professional (Nurse, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic, Pharmacist) with at least 12 months of post‑registration experience in the last 5 years and no restrictions to practice.
- Conduct functional assessments and produce high‑quality reports.
- Use your clinical judgement to evaluate a wide range of health conditions.
- Collaborate with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to clinical governance standards.
- Engage in continuous professional development and training.
- Deliver assessments with empathy, integrity and professionalism.
