As a Functional Assessor, you'll use your clinical expertise to assess how health conditions impact people's daily lives and ability to work. It's a role that blends medical knowledge with meaningful human connection - giving you the chance to support individuals while contributing to a fair and compassionate benefits system. You’ll carry out assessments both face‑to‑face and via video or phone, taking detailed medical histories and conducting physical examinations. Your findings will help inform accurate, high‑quality reports for the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP). You’ll be trusted to work independently, but you’ll also be part of a supportive multi‑disciplinary team that values collaboration and continuous learning. - A registered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Paramedic with at least 12 months' post‑registration UK experience

- Self‑motivated and organised, with a focus on quality and integrity
