Senior Marketing Manager .

Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the UK-based Marketing team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.
- Act as the key link between the UK Marketing team and the Head of Global Brand & Marketing, ensuring alignment with global priorities.
- Deliver and localise global marketing campaigns, product launches and communications across international markets.
- Coordinate marketing activities across the UK, Europe, Germany, Asia and Australia, fostering collaboration and sharing best practices.
- Ensure consistent brand governance across all marketing channels, including digital, PR, social media, events, email and web.
- Manage regional marketing budgets, external agencies, campaign performance and KPIs to maximise ROI.
- Partner with senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with commercial objectives and support lead generation.
- Identify growth opportunities through market trends, customer insights, CRM data and campaign analysis.
- Lead exhibitions, trade shows, sponsorships and industry events while representing Harlequin at key external engagements.
- Manage external agencies and support the rollout of global marketing processes, tools and Salesforce Account Engagement across international markets.
