We are seeking a Mantis Administrator and Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This key role involves administering and managing Mantis tools, providing user support, coordinating minor tool adaptations, and ensuring data quality.
Responsibilities- Administration and Management of Mantis Tools: Managing users and roles (creation, updates, and deactivation of accounts).
- Coordination and Development of Tool Adaptations: Identifying, addressing, and correcting issues (bugs). Analyzing development requests, specifying requirements, testing, deploying, and monitoring functionalities developed by the Mantis teams. Enhancing the quality of data in databases. Managing routines for data correction and cleaning.
- User Support: Assisting users, including managing the generic admin mailbox. Supporting teams with bulk data processing (extraction, post-processing, and injection).
- Analysis and Reporting: Developing KPIs with tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Communication and Collaboration: Interacting with project teams, users, and internal stakeholders (France, United Kingdom, Germany).
- A university degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering or data management.
- In-depth knowledge and significant experience in data analysis and programming with Excel or other database software.
- Strong autonomy, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to make independent decisions within the scope of delegated authority.
- Proven experience in project and delivery management.
- Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
- Capacity to define, achieve, and maintain the highest standards of safety and quality.
- Practical knowledge of the French language.
- Experience in cross-functional technical coordination.
- Experience in the nuclear sector, particularly in new reactor projects (EPR or PWR).
