What You Will Do
- Contributing to the development and execution of the global strategy for the procurement consultancy practice
- Owning client relationships and satisfaction levels
- Leading team thinking and efforts to ensure project/program objectives are being achieved
- Developing and coaching team members
- Contributing to team understanding of client culture
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting the Program Manager/BD in efforts to expand client relationship
- Managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering consistent positive results
- Developing sourcing strategies & processes in line with clients’ business goals & policies
- Interfacing with client to understand their sourcing and procurement requirements
- Developing sound recommendations contributing to program objectives (cost savings, SLAs, Transformation, etc.)
- Leading sourcing, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management and negotiations
- Creatively using data sources to develop fact-based recommendations and complex analyses
- Delivering presentations and communicating confidently with the client
What You Should Bring
- Must have management consulting experience in a consulting firm OR a combination of consultancy and industry experience
- Demonstrated leadership ability and Outstanding client management skills
- Business problem solving skills with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Excellent presentation skills and Business Development potential
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX etc., a PLUS
- Business Fluency in German or French is a Must
