Position description:
The Partner Capability Lead at GEP is responsible for building and scaling the technical, functional, and sales capabilities of external partners, including GSIs, RSIs, and resellers. This role ensures partners are equipped to independently implement, sell, and support the platform through structured onboarding, training, and certification programs.
Acting as a key liaison between partners and internal teams, this role aligns partner capabilities with strategic business goals to drive successful go-to-market outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities
- Partner Enablement & Training: Design, execute and maintain enablement programs, training initiatives, and certification frameworks to address partner capability gaps
- Onboarding & Certification: Manage end-to-end onboarding of new partners, ensuring readiness to deliver S2P implementations
- Strategic Alignment: Map partner capabilities to regional and vertical growth priorities; maintain global capability trackers
- Performance Management: Track partner KPIs and measure effectiveness of enablement initiatives. Facilitate 360 feedback sessions with partner and internal delivery teams
- System Ownership: Administer partner enablement platforms, including LMS and content management systems
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to support partner success and improve go-to-market effectiveness
- Content creation: Lead efforts to create content and bit sized information pieces for our partners
- Reporting & Insights: Develop dashboards and reports to track partner performance, capability development, and program impact
Required Qualifications
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in partner enablement, partner management, training, or related roles in SaaS or enterprise technology
- Experience managing external stakeholders, running onboarding and continuous improvement programs
- Analytical skills to develop executive dashboards and measure/manage KPIs
- Understanding of training program design and instructional methodologies is a plus. Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms is a plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internal teams and external partners
- 30 % travel required
