What You Will Do
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all IT-related matters in the London office. Ensure effective communication and coordination between the local team and global IT support.
- Handle and resolve IT infrastructure tickets related to operating systems, hardware, applications, A/V support, asset management, networking, and tech tools.
- Build and configure computers according to departmental standards and ensure readiness for end users.
- Provide support to end users, including senior management and VIPs, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt issue resolution.
- Maintain strong compliance across all endâuser systems, consistently achieving high scores on security audits and parameters.
- Accurately manage changes to IT hardware assets through the IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) process in collaboration with the asset management team.
- Coordinate procurement, shipment, and communication for laptops and peripherals for users in London and EU region.
- Participate in and support endâuser computing projects, aligning IT initiatives with broader business goals.
What You Should Bring

- 1â2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting techniques.
