What You Will Do Lead and develop the Marketing function across Europe. Drive demand generation strategies and programs, incorporating digital campaigns, global field and event marketing, and multi-touch initiatives that engage both prospects and existing customers through inbound and outbound tactics. Plan and execute field marketing programs throughout Europe. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring ROI transparency and securing leadership buy-in for plans and expenditures. Oversee the strategy and ROI of global marketing initiatives, optimizing investments to maximize revenue and support local field teams where relevant. Refine messaging, calls to action, and content journeys to enhance engagement and align with target personas. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure effective local implementation. Work closely and cohesively with globally distributed sales and business development teams. Foster strong relationships with regional partners, professional associations, and trade groups. Efficiently manage multiple projects and responsibilities. Gain a deep understanding of our business lines, customers, and value propositions, effectively articulating them to diverse audiences. Provide regional insights to the global marketing team and tailor global initiatives to align with local market conditions and audiences. What You Should Bring 10+ years of field marketing experience in B2B software, technology products, or specialized business/professional services (including management consulting, IT services, or BPO services). Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail, particularly in campaign and program management. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional and cross-regional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM). Creative problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, high energy, and a results-driven mindset. Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly in written, spoken, and presentation formats to diverse audiences. Highly motivated and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Proficiency in multiple European languages (French, German, English) strongly preferred, with fluency in German and English required.
